Looks like an FVD. I have it on my car and love it...little louder at idle and sounds like a jet afterburner at WOT.

Here is a pic from their website.

Ditto to the above. I love my FVD exhaust, it sounds awesome at WOT. Mine has nice little etched "tags" saying it is an FVD exhaust so it's easily identifiable.

Thanks for the input guys....I do think this is an FVD exhaust...Besides I didnt want to get an exhaust that had the issue with "droning/resonance" at cruzing speeds....So I think I will be happy with it....Im just suprised it dosent have any tags on the muffler stating its an FVD.....Thanks....

I will say this about mine, it does not have the tags also, but does have some drone between 2100-2600 rpm. At first I thought it was annoying....but now I love it and it does not bother me at all.

Mine has an FVD tag, and for no cats its loud from the outside, but so livable on the inside, that's why i went straight pipe route because i thought the exhaust was too quiet!, Meanwhile in videos and friends say its nice and loud on the outside, great tone and so decieving on inside, great combo !

Wow I see there is an FVD Exhaust Cult growing haha Glad to hear you guys are all happy with the exhausts! I honestly cannot tell from the photos what the exhaust is, it does look like an early version of our exhaust, but I can't be sure from that angle...
Regards,
Evan

From looking at those photos it actually reminds me of the old Evolution Motorsports exhaust!! That is NOT an FVD exhaust unless someone welded the cats on there as our cats are held on my clamps ot the muffler so they can be switched!

Evan

This exhaust will not fit a C4 only a turbo or GT2....

We have Sport Headers which give the 3.4L a good bump in power
https://shop.fvd.de/?VID=36440&VCD=7...=&CarYear=2000

We have Sport Catalytics which really free up the exhaust flow and add some good power
https://shop.fvd.de/?VID=36440&VCD=7...=&CarYear=2000

For a C4 we have a few Mufflers:

We have the TUV version which is a pretty mild sound, not much louder than stock just a nice tone and a bit more power.
https://shop.fvd.de/?VID=36440&VCD=7...=&CarYear=2000

We have the Export version which is a good bit louder than stock with a very nice agressive sound. This is the most popular exhaust sold here in the US.
https://shop.fvd.de/?VID=36440&VCD=7...=&CarYear=2000

Then we have the Race version which is a straight through design and is pretty loud and agressive. Reccomended for race cars or brave hearted street goers
https://shop.fvd.de/?VID=36440&VCD=7...=&CarYear=2000

Let me know if you have any questions, and shoot me an email or give me a call if you are intersted!
Best Regards,
Evan

I like the latter two. the export and the race. how would you compare these to fabspeed's exhaust in terms of tone, hp gain, reliability etc. I know fabspeed makes good mufflers and have been leaning toward them but now have the FVD option and would like to know more.
