Thought some of you would be interested. No reserve auction, but as many of us have seen they often cancel the auction before someone gets a good deal!!!!!

No reserve auctions mean the seller has someone bidding up to the price they want for the car - actually two bidders, so the price actually gets up there. Happens ALL the time.

I like the color combo with the red deviating stitching and belts, but why would someone get aluminum door parts with CF hanbrake and shifter?

 

Seal grey / black interior - and they ordered a grey top ? What are some people thinking!

 

The seller will pull a fast one in the end.

 

I sold cars on eBay for about a year, mostly for fun. I can tell you that there is no such thing as no reserve. Every seller has a reserve price. The seller will typically put in a proxy bid in the middle of the auction and unless you outbid him, he will always be on top of you. The no reserve only comes up in more searches and gets more naive buyers' interest!
