996 Turbo Upper wign replacement .... HOW TO?

I removed my upper wing and was trying to install a strosek wing. I removed the threaded pieces inside the stock wing, and put them in the new wing.

However, When aligning the wing on the two electric stems...I turn the stem collars but it doesn't lock back in place.

It seems to sit well in the valley of the groove but needs to turn counter clockwise more to lock up. but it wont.

Seems to be needing a c clamp tool with a Tooth in it. I tried using a flat chisel type tool to turn the inner and outter collars, but no luck.

Does this require a porsche specific tool or something I can pick up at home depot?

If you have a couple coilover spanner wrenches you could make one of those work.

but yeah dealer is probably the easiest approach.

quick question, how do you know when the wing has fully locked into place? Should the holes match up?
