RED BEAST arrives at EVO!

I spoke to Todd this afternoon and the RED BEAST has arrived for her winter stay at EVO in Arizona. If you are in the area feel free to stop by and give me some updates and pictures!

First step is to drop the motor and replace all the rubber hoses with aluminum.

Good move, however unless you know something that I don't, you will not be able to replace "all" rubber hoses with aluminum. Buddy, aluminum is good but it is also a conductor of heat. I would suggest you have it wraped in a certain material made by Thermo Tec.

This is the wrap I am refering to. Notice the dual stage nitrous (two 75 shots) just in front of the throttle body.

Also the blue silicone flex hose where the hard piping goes through the fender. These particular hoses are good for 40 pounds.

Question

Do they have to drop the motor to get at all of the hoses? I didn't realize that........Can you post pictures or are there some on the EVO site?

That's awesome. Nothing quite as good as a modification process with pictures all along the way. I'm sure you will have to keep some secrets, but pictures would be great.

We have not totally decided yet, I am waiting on some info from Todd. But we are shooting for 800 fwhp at 1.2 bar! Plus there are many other exterior and interior mods in the works! Come to the National Event to see the final product!

Buddy,

Just to get what you have now power wise at 1.4 or 1.5 bar at 1.2 or 1.25 bar will require enlarging the whole intake, intercoolers, headers and exhaust.
