GT2 Daily driver? Opinions?

I am thinking of trading my 2003 TT x50 for a new GT2. Anyone drive one daily? I would put about 10000mi/year on the car. I am in Florida so pretty good roads.

Seeing what you currently have and you live in Florida, I would say go for it, no reason not to.

Loliver, you got mail!

To answer your question about the GT2 for daily use... It can be done if you are willing to tolerate the ride and the low ground clearance. Just watch out for those parking blocks, speed bumps, driveway entrys, and the silly grin that would be plastered to your face. Giving up on the TT?

yeah... after a while... u'll either get used to driving it as a daily, or u'll end up driving your other car ^___^
the 2nd happened to me... haha... b/c it gets really tiring to slow down on uneven roads, watch out when going into a driveway or parking lot.... bla bla bla... and it's manual... i get tired in LA traffic...

now I drive my ML... no worry for curb, no worry for holes on roads, no worry for driveway...and it's auto...haha...and it's comfy... ^___^

LA roads are especially bad though luting. In FL it should be no problem. I drive the GT2 as much as i can here in LA but because the roads are so aweful and there are dips and bumps everywhere it is a bit of a pain. Anywhere else it shouldn't be a problem.

then again, we just replace the front rubber piece every now and then and everything is perfect. The piece doesn't cost much and is easy to change.

hehe... not saying not to go for it...
I'd get a GT2 if i have a chance... wahahahahahaha...
go for it... ^_^

even though my car is a headache to drive around... (it's so low that I have only 10cm ground clearance at front) and the carbon lip cost 1G to replace...
But I still enjoy every moment driving it... ^_^
I'd drive it everyday... if my school isn't that close... 2miles...
my engine won't even be warmed up by the time I parked... haha

But Definetely GO FOR GT2...It's a great car...
