Gonna buy it back need your help
You know what man, you tried to be the nice guy, but at this point it is time to play hardball. Get the lawyer involved, and make sure to recoup his fees- thanks to the dealer.
So PCNA is no help? Have you tried going above Kerry West- to a supervisor? I am surprised things have come this far, given that it should be an open and shut case.
Put the dealer in a world of pain- make sure to come out ahead, and account for your time.

here is some math... two gt35r turbos at 1.7 bars on a one off Mckenzie head and 6 months of tuning by protomotive.... I think you get the idea. Oh and its been on a diet too.

is that what alex is running? As it stands right now i have done NO weight reductions... But i figured Alex got either a good deal of carbon..or has done a lot of stripping...but I know this my car with me in it...(mind you i wieght 300lbs) the car comes in at 3450... As for what i am running..Honestly that all depends
I am going to the shop in the morning... I currently have a MASSIVE single turbo and also a twin turbo set up... I might just replace all them with a newer twin turbo system... I figure that might be better... Also I have a switch in my car to shut down my AWD system...and become RWD... Also for tunning... My car was tunned by HKS of Japan and Signal Japan... if anything i figure it take about another month to get the new setup in and tunned if they move their butts... lol

It sounds like you might have a tort claim against the dealer, as well as a lemon claim against the mfgr. If you want to go after the dealer you will need a lawyer...not necessarily so under lemon law, which is intended to be consumer friendly. Under tort, you are entitled to damages, not the depreciated value of the car as provided in the lemon law. Your lawyer will explain it to you further. Regarding legal fees: Think about them this way: under the lemon law, your recovery will be $15m less than you paid for the car. Consider that is your investment in the lawyer. Your question for the lawyer is whether he/she can provide you a net return better than the $15m. Your lawyer may suggest doing both: lemon law and suing the dealer. Be sure you talk to the lawyer before you sign anything so as not to preclude your taking action against the dealer if you want to. (BTW, under the lemon law procedure you should receive back the proportionate amount of sales tax as is attributable to the amount refunded. If the dealer tells you you don't get any tax back, talk to the state tax office... I would predict that the dealer will file for a sales tax refund from the state/county for the share of the tax attributable to the refunded part of the purchase price. (I don't know about Calif in particular, but to my knowledge sales taxes on goods returned by the consumer are refunded by the taxing authorities, since the taxing event (the sale) is reversed.) If the dealer collects an amount from you asserting it's for sales tax, and he does not remit that amount to the state, it may be tax fraud. Again, ask your lawyer for advice.
