How much you think they should give me back..the car had 15k when it started to be problem matic... I guess under the law they gotta give me 147k back and i paid 162k... Also i guess i am **** out of luck i put a stage 2 clutch in with LWFW and dont have the stock one... IF ANYONE has stock flywheel and clutch PLEASE LET ME KNOW... to inform you of the car it is:

05 Turbo S cab
Optioned with : full leather, all options but phone, parking assistance and footwell lighting. Has the thicker steering wheel, custom tailored trim, and custom rear seats...i guess it came with a pad for tthe back..

i figure i should get my full price back?

You should definatly get WHATEVER you paid back, and dont accept anything less. You are the one who has suffered through hell.

As for the clutch...that you are **** out of luck. Hopefully somebody on the boards is close to you and looking for a stage 2 clutch- get a few bucks, and have them pay for the labor and you should be golden.

Don't know what state you are in, each one has a slightly different lemon law. Read your law and strongly consider getting a specialist attorney since you have an expensive car unless you are comfortable with all the hassle and details of a filing.

No hassles

I returned an 06 Z06 to GM via the online BBB..filed & prevailed without representation. GM gave me a check for my OTD purchase price...low nineties.Drove the car 11k miles over an 11 month period.

I did spend a few dollars to get back my after market parts.

Cheers

I hope and wish you get back whatever you paid for it.

That's what you should fight for. Nothing less.

I live in cali so the rule is how ever many miles you have on the car at first problem divided by 120,000 then multiplied by your purschase price so that means i get 140k back on the car... thats 20k less than what i paid.. THATS BULL****..

I will fight all i can but seriously thats what the law in Cali states...

I just spoke to Kerry West...he said they would put me in a 997tt at a REALLY GOOD PRICE or put me into a 996tt from auction... I think i wanna buy a used 996tt... Who selling? LET ME KNOW..

i perfer white, black, seal, and atlas or GT silver... interior...black or tan.. THANKS YALL...

Not once did I ever hear any of that stuff! ONE online BBB filing. Three phone calls from BBB,one call from GM and ONE visit face to face visit with a GM dealer....to pick up my check and hand over the title.Full amount..every penny I paid..over window, tax license..fees..the whole enchilada. It can be done

Cheers

I would fight that ****- and your shouldnt accept anything other than 100% of your money back.

Good luck bro, hopefully you are dealing with a stand up dealer. Let me know if you need any help with the matter

You may want to consider what the MSRP was for the car, then deduct the cost per mile from that to come up with the depreciation, then add back all the taxes you paid. That should reduce the depreciation a good bit. However then they should add something back for your time spent on the problems. Offer to take a new Turbo or Turbo cab with the exact same specs, instead of a check (they pay all taxes of course). That way you get what you have and they can save a few dollars on the car.

Good luck, and stop posting about it on the web, they will find it and use it against you, if you fight and they can.

Did they recently change the law in California. A friend of mine did a lemon law return and got back 100% including tax after 20K miles. Good luck.
