*Video* from yesterday's outting (Good Exhaust content)

Well, the weather sucked and the traffic was worse than normal (both due to the Super Bowl), so we found an off-road that dead ended into an oil field. Yes, we're in Texas than that does happen. The result? An empty, desolate road which was great for high speed filming and capturing the sound of exhausts on different cars and different exhaust setups.

It's kind of silly, but I hope you enjoy.

Scott - great production - some great sounding cars there. I was surprised at how well the stocks stood-up to the after market exhaust sound. Fun road for some straight line demos.

Nice one.

just out of curiosity, how is it that you came to the conclusion that the weather sucks because of the superbowl?

Because that is the jinx that this city seems to have on it. Every time national spotlight is on it, they belly flop. hehe

(with exception of the Rockets in 94 and 95)

RJFabCab on Funcars. It's a custom color "Horizon Blue" that was only put on a few 968's and I believe 1 year of 944.
In person, it's the best looking color I've seen by Porsche. Pictures don't do it justice.

Scott: Thanks for taking the time to make and post the video --looked like a lot of fun. I must say I was a bit surprised at how quiet the 360w/Tubi sounded.

Yea, the video really doesn't do it justice. In person, it's amazing.

You're welcome. I have almost as much fun making these videos as the driving. It brings out the rarely used creative side of me.

I'm sensing sarcasm. If it is, keep in mind the point was the hear the car's exhaust and not do the fastest fly-by we could. Most of them just left it in third and nailed it right before getting to the camera.
I on the other hand, couldn't resist rowing the gears and went by at about 140-145 mph.... didn't get a good sound as a result.
