Help removing door panels and back enclosure to reach speakers

Greetings and salutations. I've had my 03 996TT for a couple of months now and still trying to come to turns with what I'm driving. I am thinking of moving into the garage

I am in a quest to upgrade the audio system and so far have replaced the factory front and rear speakers, which was fairly easy. Now I want to replace the small woofers on the doors and whatever woofers are in the big enclosure behind the rear seats. I am pretty handy with audio and electronics but attrocious when it comes to removing door panels etc.

I hesitate to even try without the proper info because I'll end up damaging something. Can anyone tell me or point me to a source to help me remove the door panels as well as the back enclosure so I can get to the woofers?

Thanks a mil in advance.
