Blinder Laser Jammer and RD

Does anyone here have the Blinder Laser Jammer installed? Just trying to figure out the best mounting points and how it was done. I'm particularly interested in the rear installation. With respect to the emitters, I'm thinking of installing three in front and one in the rear (X Marks the Spot).

Also, would like to know how you installed the Radar Detector, especially if it's hard wired. I like the clean look.

I was just on a Laser/RD forum and they were pretty informative and great help, but they could not address the Porsche specific questions.

I heard that Police Lasers and Radars are a health hazard and I want to avoid them as much as possible.

Thanks in advance,

Alex

With all those mounting points it would seem you have the M40, dont you think that's overkill for a car the size of a porsche.

Yes and widely considered as the best one. There is a group purchase on corvette forum where you can get the M20 for 310 and the m40 for 480.

Here's the forum http://www.radardetector.net/. It seems these guys know as much about radar detection as some here know about P-cars. Very informative site.

You are correct in that I'm looking at the M40, or an M20 with an extra emitter.

Not sure if three in front is overkill or not, had opposing opinions on that from the experts. Because I don't think getting hit in the rear is as likely, overkill in the front is okay by me. "They" tend to shoot at the license plate first, then the headlights, three covers ageist those contingencies.

Which Corvette forum has the group buy?

I'm interested in seeing a few installed radar set ups myself, love to see what people have already come up with.
