I have them with the painted black centers and polished outer lips. I really like them, but now I am worried because I had them taken apart to be painted. The local high performance shop did this work and said they had proper torque specs......but now I don't know.

What was the largest rear you sold?They are still being made, the company that just bought them (Tanabe) just reduced their part number listings quite a bit. Breakage or demand was never an issue.
I still have 18 x 8.5/11.5 in silver. No more 19" will be produced for widebody 996.
