cjv, Heffner will get my Viper business. I almost did a bought an SRT-10. My plan was to send it to Heffner for a built motor and a TT.high 800rw should handle just about anything ... but I screwed up and drove a Gallardo ... I still want a TT Viper ... just in case I want to be a Big Dog again. I just have to wait until the Lambo is done.

The stage 4 would come in at about the same spot as the Jaguar XJ220 with about 11.7@126

On average the cars pulling up at the intersection will not be able to hang. There is always some faster and all it takes is one split second delay and the race is over before you are out of the box or over the white line. Truth is as a daily on the street you will not be harassed much. Now, start looking and someone will come out of the wood work to make a point. I use to do that with my slant turning 10s. I would laugh at them in the C4 and ask them where they will be in an hour. I would show back up with the slant and all hell would break loose. Even hit and miss with that car. I ran a SCed SS Z28 one night. Should have beat him by 20 cars. Beat him by four. I blew the half shaft hitting second gear and had to baby it through the trap. Didn't want to loose my $$

an X-50 will never beat a Murci. A stage 4 will most certainly beat a Murci. Standing still is a little overboard though.

I think the x-50 and murci would come down to the driver. They both run about the same times through the 1/4, of course the murci will win in the very end due to it's higher top speed.

Actually I will still leave those words out chad. THis Viper won the 1 mile race in Nevada. Pretty much Untouchable. I think Heffner is the best viper tuner on the planet.

In real terms, the Murci is substantially quicker than an X-50 if both drivers are equal. But i agree, put a crappy driver in a murci and a good one in the X-50 and the Porsche would come out on top.

There are some pretty powerful 930's out there that will lay waste to just about anything.

Against a stock Diablo? The stage 4 is definately faster. Stock Diablos are capable of 11.80's @122 mph. Exhaust change makes a big difference and adds a couple mph,but a stage 4 is still quicker to atleast 130mph.

Hey Shank, I guess the 865 rear wheel ponies in the East Coast are much bigger than the 865 rear wheel ponies on the West Coast.

Talking

0-180 in under 18 seconds.....any other questions. Killer Angel has never been to 208. She has been to 201 (using a GPS) @7500 rpm's. Red line is 8100.

Not saying I would beat it to top end, but that viper would hardly destroy her.

I can testify that Chad's car is very fast..at the bay area meet, somewhere around castroville....I watched his rear bumper get smaller and smaller at around 140-150 mph...and my car is no slouch when it comes to going fast......very depressing .....time to call Todd again for more mods!"

Shank, it is not easy to quickly disappear after 140-150. I can also tell you neither the liquid CO2 inductive air coolers or the progressive two stage 250 shot nitrous system was activated.

My neighbor has a twin turbo 900+hp Lingenfelter Corvette that you don't even want to frown at. Every time I drive by I smile and say ... please leave that big dog on the porch.
