So sad to announce that the silver Evo track beast was laid to rest this weekend. She was a good 'ole girl servived by her older sister (993 race car).

Yup, she went under the knife and got "un-pimped" and stripped of what made her what she was (read literally- got changed back to stock).

Had a chance in the past week to drive her for a few days including a mad dash with a fellow 6 speeder (Stanley)after a lunch in North Miami. Got pulled over after doing mach 10 past an unmarked police. He pulled us over, read me the riot act, told me to slow down and handed me back my driver's license. Stanley freaked and said I was beyond lucky (Grace Inc. at work there).

Anyhow, was a BLAST modding her and taking her to the track. Was 100% the best time I've had doing up a car (after having over 20 of them).

Will be putting her up on the local market soon as a stock garage queen and posting the parts for sale. Yeah, I know, what am I thinking!?!?!?

Anyhow, was great and fun.

That was one heck of a ride, Mitch . Awesome performance. And that's coming from an X50 owner. +1.

Lesson learned: If a blacked out car starts sitting on your ***, don't take the bait. Let him make the first move.

I loved the cop's advice for Mitch: "You want to have fun, take it on the highway." I wonder if the FHP would feel the same way?

Mitch just think from her death the rest of us will take her parts. You will be donating her organs to all of us! Well you are a tight bastard so we will have to pay for those organs

Had a chance to drive the almost bone stock little girl this weekend. Suicide was on my mind!!!

Man, what a difference driving it as a stocker! I forgot how cadillac slow and civilized the turbos are in a stock configuration!

No offense to the guys out there with stock set ups. Just 3 words of advice- MOD IT BABY!!!!! Man, it's so cool to go crazy modding Porsches! I can't wait to go crazy on the new race car! As if it's not already sick already...

Thanks for posting Ramone. Yeah, was a crazy street/track monster. it was fun lapping every other car on the track in the open solo 30 minute events. It was like taking dynamite to go fishing!
