Spacers on Stock wheels?

My 02 TT is all stock....for now.

Before I go on an upgrade spree (waitin' for that bonus~~~), I thought maybe I should fill out the wheels.

Any advice on what sizes I should use??? Thanks in advance~

The recommended size is 7mm all around. I use 15mm on a highly lowered car and have the slightest rubbing in high suspension movement moments. Different alignments (camber) will allow for more spacer. It rubs so little, that I can not figure out where it is rubbing by looking at the fenders and tires. It's worthwhile IMO.

I doubt you will ever rub with the stock suspention and 15mm spacers.

You will need slightly longer wheel bolts. I beleive stock is 45mm + spacer mm = lenght of wheel bolt.

I got H&R spacers and lug bolts from performance products. Just drove in and picked them up. The H&R kit I got did not have the correct bolts (it was designed for lug nuts) hence the need to buy lug bolts. Their basic (non chrome) bolts actually works best in terms of color with stock wheels.

I also had 15mm spacers all around and dropped pretty low, no rubbing issues or any issues at all

Any no brain will tell you that front spacers need to max 10 mm (preferably 5mm) and rear 15 mm with stock wheels, anymore on the front screws up the handling (engineering 101)
