Heard that turbo prices are comming back

I know it's been said before but a reliable dealer told me that the market is really starting to heat up for turbos. He sold three last week that were used and thinks the price will still climb. Allot of people are realizing that the 997 turbo is a long way off.

I hate to disagree, but if it came back fully, you shouldn't be able to touch a sub-10K mile Turbo for under 100 and your car would have went for 95-97. My guess is that Rave was in love and you could have gotten a few more bucks out of him. If he's a stand-up guy, he'll let us know what he was "willing" to pay.

Turbos will depreciate at a slower rate, however prices will never come back.

Just ask those who are sitting on 2001 Turbos w/10K miles that they cannot sell for 83K.

hmmm...wondering what I would get for my 02 with 19K miles on it! That's a lot of driving in just 1 year! Oh well.....definitely not a garage queen!

I paid $88K (that was my max), the only reason I went that high was because it had the extras I wanted (Wheels, wing, painted bottom, etc) and the dealer involved gave me a high number on my trade in. I'm happy with the deal and now drbill owes me big!

Wait a minute! I have it on good authority (from you) that you were going to buy that Lapis Blue one and it was going to cost you more than 88, based upon the place/price you were getting it. The way I see it, you both owe me big and you've paid your debt. Dr. Bill on the other hand, ...
