This is exactly how C16 and other leaded race fuels achieve their octane numbers.

So....on the second run you jumped at 50 and got at least 2.5 lengths. I didn't mind and went anyway because I figured I could reel you back in. Of course being the innocent and trusting soul that I am
, I didn't expect that you had a race file installed and were on race gas. Had I known I would never have given you that much of a lead. Surprisingly, by 150 when we shut down I only closed 1.5 lengths.According to Steven Kaspar a stage 3.5 (stage 4 without headers) with a race file should dyno about 540 at the wheels. That is about right since your car is very comaparable (up tp about 120, then you will pull) to Akrams s/charger Vette at 560.
Knowing you are at 540, believe me, next time I will be serious and not let you get such a huge jump. And we start from 60 as agreed, you decietful little man, you.

Rob,
You had a GT 700....did you have a stage 4 before?
Did it really dyno at 570? I am assuming that was on the race file, yes?
Call me about the dallas trip.
Will there be strippers involved? If so, I might go.
