i have decided to paint the bottom of it to match the car. any one know if that little black piece comes off? i tried unscrewing it but it seems it is still attached somehow?

also, can the black piece that goes between the two muffler tips be taken of and painted?

RCNJ is infamous around these parts
Its all one piece. You have to take the bumper off to paint.
