My New Gauges...

Here are some pics of my new gauges...
It's finally done... and installed...

The Gauges is made by Defi... I have the BF series...
normally when it's all turned off...it's black... and you can't see a thing... only 5 black gauges...when the engine is not on...

The brightness can be adjusted, and the wiring is pretty simple...
all 5 gauges are linked to a control unit...and where all the sensors are then connected from the control unit to the parts where they are supposed to be located...

I also got my guy to custom made me one of the Carbon Dash... and the result turned out pretty good...

Defi Bf Gauges is pretty nice... it can also record the peak boost, and 5 min of your specified recording when driving...(rpm, boost, oil pressure etc etc)

here are the pics... ^_^

I LOVE IT...

and by the way... each gauge has its own warning light...
you can set it to a level where light comes on to indicate over boost or high water or oil temperature and etc ^_^

Is this something you put together on your own or is it a kit by a vendor? Seems really nice.

The Defi BF Gauges can be purchased easily...

What I did is that I drew them a picture of how gauges will be installed... (in this shape)
and then ask them to make me a carbon dash...

so simply I just told them what to do, and they do the job for me...haha ^_^

luting, ideally you should have 2 exhaust gas temp gauges, maybe take the water temp out and put the oil press. in its place and put the 2nd EGT next to the other one. I like your gauges though, those DEFIs are a work of art.

Zamirz:
hahaha... I know... I was gonna use 2 EGT... but after a second thought... I don't think they'll vary that much different from one another... so I decided to install only one EGT...^_^
