Audi RS4 - Destroyed
God I love this car.
Coming home from a workout and loading onto the highway and lo & behold, a black RS4 loads on my tail.
Lots of traffic. Lots of tailgating by RS4 guy. Poor fella musta thought, "what the heck, we have the same horsepower on paper..."
Traffic clears and I roll it on hard in 3rd. Traction control light; darn snow tires!
Deep into 4th gear (a little PSM blinkage on that 3-4 shift, even!) I've put Several, Several Dozens Of Yards on him and I'm thinking, he must be suspicious by now.
I'm right. I slow down to a more pedestrian speed and he won't even close the gap.
This has been my most worthy opponent yet (and I really like RS4's actually). I could tell that getting away from him was..."less effortless" than other cars I've toyed with.
Still shaking a little as I write this.

That would actually be male, middle-aged drivers of Infiniti or Nissan sedans.
Worthy of a separate post or even a blog...it's an epidemic up here.

Nice, poor fella not knowing that your GT700 lurked under the hood thought he had a fighting chance!
That is what I love about this car, it can look like a stock 415 hp turbo but suprise, suprise an extra 300 ponies hiding under the hood er tail er you know what I mean.

I am a frequent poster on Audi boards and most owners aspire to one day own a 996TT or some sort of porsche car one day. Audi's are not slow cars especially S4's and RS4's. Just that when matched with a TRUE super car like a TT they fall short due to many reasons. My S4 put down the same WHP (434) as my 996TT but due to weight, torque and other aspects my car will get spanked by any STG2 TT. I'm getting Protomotive K24/18G setup now and fully expect my TT to walk ANY Audi out there.

I had a SR4 come up on me on the highway last summer... I was in my evo..... I think he got scared after I turned Anti lag on and shot some 3 foot long flames... then I took OFF....

I am totally new to the boards. I own an 2005 s4 with everything done to it possible. I like the car, but S4's RS4's should stick to racing M3's. I know RS4's are faster then mine, but they are both heavy pigs. I need a TT..
