You are right Jamie, Powell asked to race, I said "yes". Our race is all in fun, there is no grudge on my part as I could honestly care less, too busy with other stuff to worry about, but it sounds like fun! 
As for 6speed members, besides Alex who is flaky and hasn't posted. which members here are going to step up and race??

DER - how many cars show up? It's different for each event...
Thursday - Road Racing - full, will have about 50-60 cars, everything from Vette's, Viper's, Porsche's, Supra's, EVO's, etc... You can show up and watch...
Friday - dyno day - full but we'll have 100's of cars there...the night meet that night is for everyone as well...
Saturday - 60 to 130 and car show - just show up to LMP
Sunday - drag racing all day, just show up to LMP
As for the night activities and street stuff, just come on out to run...

p.s. when I run Powell's brother, I will only be at about 750-800 rwhp as that is all street tires will hold...

I'm signed up for the track event Thursday and also plan to do some 60-130 runs on Saturday. Still up in the air about Sunday.
Robmd99, DrJistu will be there most of the days.
There are night activities also. Check out HPD ( http://www.houstonperformancedriving.com ) look under the Networking subforum TX2K7 Nationals. Must join to read the pertinent threads.
Those with documented 500+HP to the wheels can join the 500+ club (although nobody is excluded from the 500+ club activities).
