I think this is the right move Scott. Never questioned your motives or bias for compiling the list, but with all of the info (and misinfo) out there...I think it's best to keep the tuner and HP claims out of the equation.

Is there any way that we could get one of the mods to create a new thread about the HP/Trapspeed agruement and move the non-pertinent posts so that we don't compromise the integrity of the event?

Thanks!!!

I'll do it, Joe. Give me a few minutes to sort through them all.

Not really sure what to call this, but I'm merging the OT threads from the AZ Drag Day thread here.

Siphing thru this, do GT700 packages differ from diferent tuners?? Does Todd Z sell a stronger GT700 package than say Imagine Auto or Sharky?? How did DMK GT700 package seem so much stronger that other GT700 packages?? Maybe prospective GT700 buyers should only buy from Todd Z?? I am really confused?? I would appreciate EVOMS, Sharkey and IA to post EXACTLY what is in ther GT700??? Do they have different injectors? Is there a Boost difference?? ECU changes????? I think this would be a great time for all the above tuners to give details on thier packages...

Scott in all honesty, i think you should leave up the tuner kits next to name as it helps prospect buyers as you mentioned, but then again its not that accurate, ive seen numbers all over the place as well :/ Dyno's, weather and so on can be the issue, but who knows.

Boy, what a thread...

All of the GT700 upgrade system components are the same. The components should not be any different if purchased from EVOMS, IA or SharkWerks. We supply the same components, injectors, etc. There are other optional components that we and our dealers offer in conjunction with the GT700 such as our intercoolers, larger TB/Y-pipe, straight pipes, etc. There is a little room minor hardware adjustments that can be made once the upgrade is installed. We typically spend 1 full day after the car is completed and road tested to before we perform the final testing. The testing we do is ~ 4 hours on the dyno and ~ 4 hours on the street. We do complete data logging and monitoring to make sure everything is perfect. We will make minor hardware changes to make sure the system is operating as the customer has specified. We offer ~ 6 different programming options depending on the geographical location of the customer, type of fuel, etc. Send me an email if you would like more clarification.
