2) when you purchase something and sign a contract that says there is no refund, but they screw up and give you another design, and they admit to it that they screwed up, does it justify to fight them with credit card company. I left the merchandise with them. They promised to remake and deliver on time again with correct design. At this point i don't want to deal with this manufacturer.

I ordered a $9000 custom light fixture and it came in the wrong dimension. Found out after it was installed and hanging off center. Called Chase and told them I wanted to dispute and it was no problem. I still ended up paying for it but at least the manufacturer took care to resolve the problem or otherwise give me back my money. They also gave me a discount because I told them my electricians had to come out multiple times to try and figure out the install.
