chicago shop for few simple upgrades

Can someone recommend a shop that can do the following few simple upgrades:

-ECU flash (Upsolute or maybe GIAC whichever is better)
-replace DVs with stronger aftermarket parts

Something in the SW suburbs would be ideal. Thanks.

Try Pinyo at Factory5 Motorsport. He installed my coilovers. Great mechanic and very reasonably priced.

Tell him you were referred by RCR S2 and he'll get you a good price.
