AWE Dyno Day Test Results!!!!!!

Well, TonyNJ and I were the only ones brave enough to take our beasts out for a ride today. The snow made everyone else seek cover. It is a good thing though!!! There was a lot of horsepower and torque being thrown about!!
As some of you know, my last dyno attempt yielded results that seemed a little too low for the GIAC Stage IV. I attributed this to the wastegate adjustment on one of the turbos. As the story goes, the waste gate actuator was bent on arrival thus requiring a replacement. Well, once the replacement was installed, it had to be adjusted. I did the best I could to position it like the old one, but I just wasn't totally sure. After the last dyno day, I vowed to properly adjust them and run another test.
So, today was it.
My best figures were 504.4 wheel hp and 486.3 ft-lbs wheel torque.
Now that is more like it!!

It was fun and I want to thank Todd and Mike for having us. I also want to thank Tony.........again!!

Tony,
My car was totally white when I got back. Lucky for me there is a pressure wash right down the road! Black.....again.

Can you guys take a picture of or scan your dyno charts and post it? This was on a Mustang AWD dyno, right?

Thanks,
Stephen

msindi,

No disrespect intended, but I do not believe there is enough information provided to make that assumption. Post the complete dyno chart (numbers, not graph) in 100 rpm increments and you would then have a very good idea. Maximum hp/torque really means nothing. A far better indicator would be the average hp/torque from 2400 thru 6700 rpm range. You would be surprise how much this number will vary.

I was running Amoco premium which I believe is 93 octane. I can try to scan mine and if I can't I will fax them to Ken and have him do me the favor.

Chad - they both posted last time and the graphs overlapped...if his peak is higher now while everyting else is the same then my statement stands...
No disrespect either...
