what is the chain stretcher?
and is he saying that changing it will really fix the noise?
has anyone been able to fix the noise issue?

Well I am not sure about the " Chain Stretcher" but as far as I know its the chain tensioner making the chatter..WTF is a chain stretcher anyways?
