That will change. There is a new setup coming down the pike that we call U-select files. This changes command to load the file and the structure it typically needs to be in. Without going into a lot of detail it basically means that you will soon have the ability to choose performance and say valet, performance and kill, or race and so on. It will no longer be tied to a "package" And no it is not a rip off it is the way the files are written It has only been recently that the new version was developed and will slowly be converted into the system for the 996TTs. Must like we went from the IBEs to flashloading we will move to this. We also finally will have valet to offer you.

I've been watching Ebay and stuff for a Cold air and some exhaust. Then diverters and tune (how much is this new tune setup going to run?). This semester has had my work schedule really slow so extra money isn't to much around right now I need to sell a bunch of stuff from my race car, but just been to busy.

Car is going to the dealer on Monday or Tuesday. My carbon fiber interior has cracked and some of the peices are coming un glued!?!

OT, OMG....just got back from the fights....I can't believe Matt (a fellow Renzo warrior....Matt is the first US Renzo black belt) just KOed GSP...AMAZING! Ray Longo has really brought his stand up along. Paulie Nick and Joe didn't make it to watch...they prefer "sports" like pool, badmitten and table tennis anyway.

Sorry Paulie for hijacking the thread. Some of us are a bunch of Martial Arts Junkies and we can NOT talk about it.

 

Of course there is an option right now where you can get a programmer (flash loader) without ever removing your ECU. It can come with whatever program you want on it. It does need to be set for your car which requires you to download the stock file to the programmer once, but then you can have what you want. I've got valet, pump, race, stock for new wastegate springs. I even had a program to use when breaking in my turbos. UMW!
