Performance Box Upgrade...
To those who have purchased a Pbox/Dbox in the past, keep in mind that the new firmware has added lots of great features. I was a Vbox today and they showed me some of the new features. They have added a speed buzzer so you can set the unit to beep at 130MPH indicating your run is done( or 160+ for the brave guys). It shows 0-10, 0-20...on up to 0-200 on 2 new screens:
So you can see real time updates of every 10 mph interval on 1 screen, also one of the distance tests is user adjustable. It is set for a 60ft time by default but can be changed if needed,plus lots more. The latest firmware is build 0020 and can be downloaded from their site. Later, Kevin

Yes, there is a new firmware update but don't forget the software update. Jim from VBox told me that there is a way to GoogleEarth the area of your preferred roadcourse, then draw a line around the perimeter of the roadcourse and then plot your line around the trace. Any you can also watch your line around the GoogleEarth picture...pretty cool... as that's how I plan on showing by how much I'm gonna skill TopGun at Pocono East.
Be afraid...be very afraid...as I plan on keeping it real, highstepping, and very careful fly-skimming in the corners.
And the video and PBox is gonna show it all...
