Hey Guys!

I was wondering if anybody has ever used a product like this before. It's real silver carbon fiber with a 3M adhesive tape on the back. I did some reach on the 3M ahesive and they seem to use Tpae 467 or 468 and both seem pretty strong. I was thinking about using this stuff on some of the more flat / not curved pieces. I mean, the stuff is not inexpensive but much more inexpensive than the real silver CF pieces. I think this may work. Feedback?

Here is a link to one being sold on ebay:

I've bought a piece of normal CF sheet. The pattren are pretty nice, but I will expect more shinny finished. You can only use it on flat surface big curve in one direction. I try to bent it with heat gun, but the out come was not I expect.

i tried a similar product on my car back in 2000, it was an aluminum finish with 3m adhesive...i would never use it again, it was imo a complete waste of money and nothing more then a learning experience to not buy a product lke that again... i hope you have better results though
