I have to agree with Rockitman. This decision is really a no brainer as far as a business decision goes. It would help 6speedonline period.

I don't believe it, Watt and I agree on something. Tyson, don't forget you have to come up to Nor Cal so Killer Angel with her training wheels can give your GT2 without training wheels a spanking. No enduro's please.

Chad,

we do agree as you said: "It would help 6speedonline period."

putting gt3 with 996 does not help at all, as you just **** off the gt3 guys a growing group. GT3's are all about performance.

darren, putting the gt cars together makes sense. we love the TT guys. when i owned my 2 gt3's i still hung with the gt2 guys and TT guys.

you need critical mass for the gt3 site, altho' our English friends have come to join us -- it's makes for a knowledgeable and funny group, enough so that we'll get TT guys come over to chat.

the base crew i can think of
GT3: rockit, sloth, macfly, bass gt3, mr RS, fred chin, me, noel, arling, kevin, with guest appearance from the great Journoman [wot a guy], others???
GT2: Jack, amir, code red, tyson, me. jasclass, GuyR, HenryGT2, anyone else???

I ask Chad if he would moderate, and that will help cross fertilize to TT, and strengthen the performance orientation of the forum.

thank you for your consideration.

Eugene, perhaps you should ask the GT2 owners how they feel about it....People who decided to buy GT cars bought them for very different, albeit twisted reasons. Just because they would not be in the TT forum does not mean they won't participate in the TT forum...

The GT3 forum is pretty dead by all accounts and the solution is not too add 996 banter to it. It was that way on R List, until the brilliant solution, by Watt I might add came up with the idea of creating a seamless GT car forum...
I totally understand where you are comming from, just make sure you guys post on the TT forums too, or else I am going to miss you GT guys...

The GT2 and GT3 population by itself is not enough to support individual forums. Being that their intended puposes are similar, I think they could easily be combined into one forum without taking away from any of the others. Besides the GT3 shares more parts with the TT and GT2 than with the 996 Carrera.

Forums...
996 Carrera
996TT
996 GT2/GT3
