Hey is your X3 stick? I'm having a problem with putting second gear in smoothly, just wondered what that means.

 

I daily drive a G500, I can't stand the thing. Looking at getting a new daily driver soon.

 

Now we're talking. A GT 2 with 55 gallon drums of the hi-test stuff . My X3 is an auto tranny. Manual Bimmers shouldn't have an gear box problems, they are like butter.

 

I know, it has been till recently. Just 2nd gear for some reason, and only sometimes. (sorry for the quick thread hijack---ill leave now haha)

 

i've had two bimmers with sticks...a 325 and an M3..they where both bullet proof and i drove them hard. In any event u should post pics of your garage toys here LOL.

 

You make me fall in love with my car all over again BTW what wheels are you running, HRE Comp's?

 

They are Zone Ones..Came with the car. Not my first choice. I think Kenisis used to build the best wheels before they sold out. I had K28's on my 993 and loved them. Waiting to see if all that offset with the Zone Ones on the 996TT works with an X73 suspension.
