I took my front wheel off to paint the rusty rotor hat and noticed I can barely turn the rotors. They are stiff as heck. Is this normal? Also it seems there should be a cotor pin to keep the bolt secure that holds the rotor on the axle but there isn't one. Anyone have info on these two issues?
