I just put them in also and I really like them.
Ingress/egress is a pain in the a**, but once you
are in they fit like a glove and allow you to feel what the rear end of
the car is doing. Occasionally, they come up for sale used-beware of knock-offs.
I am 6-1, 185 lbs, and would not want to be much bigger with these.
If I were you, I would buy the ones from Suncoast the Heavy Chevey mentioned,
that deal will be hard to beat. Dont forget to get the sliders with them.

BiggerApe is infamous around these parts
I have the Sport Seats out of a GT3 in mine... I REALLY liked the look / fit / finish of the one-piece rigid seats BUT @ 6'3 and about 220 Lbs ingress/egress (thanks Marty) is a little humbling to say the least. I also use the car 2-3 days a week for regular driving.

If you already have not done so, I would encourage you to find a buddy and spend a few hours seat time. I find the Sport Seats to be a great compromise. You can click on the link in my sig to see pix of the SS

Good luck :Y

I just put the GT3 seats in last month and love them! I sold my sport seats this past week, as I prefer the GT3 seat. Very comfortable and the car seems more nimble with the weight reduction. And they have the openings for the harness, which is a great plus, if you track.

Yes, I have the cf backed sports seats in my tt and they are very nice, much easier to get in and out of and still supportive, but they do not offer the lateral support and positioning that the gt3 seats do and they are 24lbs heavier per so almost 50lbs difference.
