Call Kevin @ UMW and get his Sachs / LWFW / GT3RS Disk kit.
Killer setup and it's the SAME package, essentially as the new Porsche's use.
A little noisy up to 2000 RPM's but that's how you hold the power. You'll get a TON of life out of that combination. The springs on the disk cause the rattling @ idle. Would not have another setup, though. Feel is the same but when it starts to engage, it's ALL THERE pretty quickly. Took a day to readjust. Would recommend to anyone.

I just did the clutch and LWFW from Kevin. I was very concerned about the noise, but it is really not that bad. You can hear it a little at idle with the clutch out if you are listening for it, but it isn't as bad as some make it out to be. Sometimes it makes no noise at all, and other times I can hear it more, I don't know why. I think the small amount of chatter is worth it for the better feel of the clutch and performance, though.
See my sig. See my video on the sound on both rennlist and this forum.....videos in the modified OEM exhaust in this forum in the 3rd window of now.....same screen name on rennlist.com. More videos.
Best of luck. LWFW is a no brainer in my mind. That is me. Listen to the videos.....driving it..the car is faster to rev....
It is more fun in my opinion too. The clutch is needed if you modify the ECU....
I am at 4-5 months...about 5k miles. No issues. FWIW.
Good luck.

I went with the Sachs heavy-duty plate with carbon/ceramic disk and LWFW from Stephen at Imagine. To tell you the truth, the first day I thought I had made a horrible mistake. The clutch was on/off within an inch of travel at the top of the pedal, and grabbed hard. Stalled the car 20 times on the way back from Parr (who installed it), and when I did get it rolling I was doing burnouts. Had nightmares Wed night of being stuck on a hill - seriously.
I'm VERY happy to say that after the break-in period the clutch is now GREAT! Yes, it's a little trickier and the release point is high, and you have to get used to the lost weight of the stock flywheel, but it only took a couple hundred miles to get used to it. This thing grabs like crazy (and now I know where my mph went in the 1/4 mile), and revs FAST. Highly recommended, I'm so glad I wasn't a pu$$y and stuck with it!

I'll throw in my .02cents.....I am at that 600hp level....my first clutch...Speed Gallery recomended a Sachs GT3 clutch disc...didn't go with the LWFW.....but the clutch only lasted about 5 or 6 thousand miles before I had to change it again....and I DO NOT do burn outs, never saw a 1/4 strip or even ONE hard launch off the line...once it's rollin....that's a different story...but I am not a clutch abuser.....I'll check my receipt to see what GMG replaced it with...think it's a GT2 clutch? I've only put about 500 miles on it so too soon to tell.....but I will tell you this....spending $6000 on clutches in 6000 miles is bull****...so do your homework.......
