WOOOOOT!!!!!!! I got held up by a Z06 for a minute and this STI handles pretty darn well, but watch me dooooooo!!!!

This is the last part of the day on sunday after two accidents in the race group and lots of oil dry on the track, I wanted to get a second session on the MPSC to see if they felt better than the first session, they did, so i did a couple of decent laps before starting to catch traffic, I pitted trying to find some open space and the worker told me there wasnt any so I left. The entry lap is our warmup lap (not sure why the guy was trying to get a run on me but it resulted in a lap record for his class so it must have worked)

Nice Job!!! This guy is creaming over his 1:40 but by the looks of it you are 2-3 seconds faster. You literally disappeared from his bulletcam

that idiot in the black car with the red brake light, get him out of there. Gonna kill some one. Was that the pace car?

 

LOL that was a C5 Z06, he actually set the record in the next class up from the STI (I'm two classes up, which I probably should be in the same class as the Z06 based on hp/weight etc in which case I would easily have the track record but I never got a good tech classing). Dont know why he was chillin on that lap, but he did good to move out of the way.


I think my first lap that session was a 1:39, I had to do a little over braking because I was behind the Z06 and was feeling out the track after the accidents, not to mention it's time trials so if you arent on a clean lao, you arent on a fast lap (unless you are follwowing someone in the same class) once I saw all was good, I went 1:36 and caught traffic, then left. The other black car you see in front of me is the scion race car. They were gridded ahead of me because I got 4 wheels off in the earlier session and that means DQ.

Thanks Jenk, I'm expecting some hardcore driving from you come March. I wanna drive that GT3 at RA, there are some very good 997 GT3 drivers that I have seen up there lately.
