Trim piece
The 3 dash bars are held by screws from the back of the dash. The proper removal is to remove the whole dash board (a real pain in the ***) and take the screws out. If you are very careful you can pry the bars off and resecure with silicon or powerful glue. Hope that helps.

so can they be removed (screws) threw the glove box? or do i have to go under the dash? plz explain
