I just bought a 996tt with the AWE 600HP package on it and GIAC SW. I have a question on what the power curves look like at a given boost level vs. stock. With no internal mods, does a modded car at say 3000 rpm and .4 boost make the same power as a stock car at the same RPM and boost levels? What do the comparisons look like at the same boost levels? Thanks.

Very happy with the car. I picked it up last week on the East coast and drove it back to Colorado through the severe Mid-West weather. I did a track day on the way back as well. 2000 miles in 4 days including the track day. 25.2 MPG and no oil used. The tuning hasn’t added any bad habits that I have found. Thanks to Mike and Brad at AWE who checked the car out on departure in Philly and went the extra mile in providing a part I needed for the trip.

I sold my C6Z06 to make room for the tt and I’m glad I did. The tt is more comfortable and feels like home.

 

congrats on the car. IMHO the ECU flash changes not only boost but air fuel mixtures and ratios as well as timing so I say at the same RPMs the engine sees better air/fuel and timing at the least so more hp
