Thanks! So psyched I have an 11-sec car finally.

Just do it. Combined with the programming it has totaly transformed the car. I'm trapping a consistent 10mph faster in the 1/8th. If anything it's a cheap upgrade to ensure that you have well-functioning actuators under there and a steady 1.1bar with appropriate program.

EDIT: Oh yeah, MARKSKI I almost forgot - before that run (and for the 2 that followed), I pulled the ABS/PSM fuse as you suggested (B9). No more blinking light on launch, and much easier it seemed to modulate the power. BIG difference, you were right AGAIN!

Jimmer,

Did you trap 126? It says so in your sig, but I don't remember you mentioning it.

126.50mph best trap of the day. Sorry boss, didn't throw up the slip because it went missing (right right, but it really did ) - although I think that run's on video and I should have it in a few days. The next fastest was 124.56.

Cool. Be sure to post the video so I can add it to the Trap Speed list. That puts you #1 for MPH with stock K16's!

SWEET - I know how it works bro, when I went through my slips I felt like an idiot (although it was my worst run, my launch was wheelhop all over the place). Fingers crossed that the dude got it on camera!

Is it hard to install the wastegate actuators? How much do they run?

Congrats on finally hitting the 11s, Mac-Daddy. Too bad you're not back here in the states so we could visit Atco again. :-)

Yo Nate-Dogg, good to see you on here old buddy! Get that Galant VR4 running again - I'd love to line them up someday (you'd whoop me, but it'd be fun!).

I wouldn't be surprised to see this RHD 996TT at Atco sometime late next year. Stay tuned...

EDIT: Oh yeah, with this licence plate on!

Just for a point of comparison,

My K24/18g Protomotive car ran
11.67 @ 122 but it was with the electronic boost controller dead running
on the wastegate springs only (peak .8, hold .7 bar)

My tuner told me I was 150 to 180 RWHP down that day!

I have some tricks up my sleeve to get some good runs in this winter here in TX. I don't think I will come close to an 11.6, but I'd be happy with a 11.7 or 11.8. I wish I would have started out with a Protomotive, EVOMS, or a UMW tune instead of starting with an Upsolute, but a few members have given me some tips to pull a little bit of extra HPs out of it

Rob - Thanks! K24/18 is the plan for the winter if I keep the car...

Marty - Good luck getting the Profec sorted out - is it fixed yet? That thing should be a beast next time at the track!

iLLM3/Powell - Thanks! I've got a few more tricks as well. I think it has an 11.25 in her with new intercoolers, some IC pipe mods, new plugs, and a little bit of weight out (nothing crazy, just for instance not running with my full toolkit, old flywheel in the boot, etc etc). Most importantly I have to get back to the 1.7-1.8 short times. If I'm bored one of these days I'll take my Dremell to a few items on the intake and exhaust side and maybe squeeze out a bit more...
