Must be a guy from the RSX forum trying to figure out how we all can make enough money to buy 911 turbos (and mod the crap out of them), but still act like a bunch of school kids playing around on the internet (me included).

I own a National Debt Settlement Law Firm. We help 1000s of individuals get out of credit card and help them avoid bankruptcy. Lots of good stories every day

Thank you for doing what you do!!! I'm so damn sick of irresponsible individuals who claim bankruptcy at the drop of a hat (no thanks to pushy, irresponsible bankruptcy attorneys circling like vultures on carrion). They screw things up for themselves, and have this entitlement attitude whereby the responsible tax-paying citizens who have not screwed up should pay for their mistakes. It's bull****, if you'll pardon my French.

Sure, there are some who legitimately enter bankruptcy because there is no other options, but there are FAR too many who do it simply because it's so damn easy in this country to do it.

No problem. Bankruptcy reform isn't to far away at this point I would say by the middle of march most individuals who try and file Chapter 7 will in most cases be forced to go through an accredited Debt Management Program. This law was put into place and is very political...Long Story that has to do with George W.

I run a crew of crack ****** down in the Inner City. (Not out of the laundy room at the Glenora Club anymore -> Kevin <- we've grown too large and had to find more space). I now opperate out back of the Cromdale Hotel. I find it very rewarding. I get to meet a lot of nice people, the work is challenging and the pay is great! I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Allthough I do not get involved much on the telephone anymore I still enjoy dealing with individuals who do have a legitamte hardship. I will not allow any of my employees to enroll a client into the program if we feel that they are frauding creditors in any way shape or form!! Currently we service 8000 clients on a National Level and continue to enroll about 500 new clients a month. Most of these invididuals are $15k-$25 in unsecured debt. I do however have some individuals who have well over $250k of unsecured debt, most of these particular individuals are business owners who are going through rough times.

We save all of our clients a minimum of 50% on what they owe! Which enables them to be debt free in a much shorter period of time.

Yeah, but I (and my friends) end up paying for his 50%. I hate that! I'm not sure you're on the right side of this one? If someone gets cancer, hit by a bus, or some other incredible hardship (truly hardship), then fine, but my guess is 90+% are incompetent dead beats trying to shirk their responsibilities. Am I right and do you actually help deadbeats do this?

I'm SO with you, colorchange - we have almost the same post...

Nice to see there are others out there as frustrated as I am at those who think they are entitled to have others pay for their own stupid mistakes. How I wish we had a generation like those of the Great Depression/WWII, as these people suffered and suffered and worked their butts to the bone to make ends meet, and wouldn't THINK of entering bankruptcy, even now, 50-60 years later. No matter how hard things got, they would take responsibility for themselves and make it work, rather than chicken **** out and let the rest of the responsible citizenry take care of them.

Don't get me started on the Bankruptcy Club. I've had a couple of one-off clients flake on me in the past. Pre-billing goes a long way now!

Own a healthcare market research company, mostly dealing with big pharma so usually don't have to worry about the non-payers!

First of all our Firm will not allow commercial debt into the program, most specifically if it is a credit line with a company that supplies them as an individual or a business. By the way most of our clients have lost jobs, gone through a divorce, or are victims of cancer and the like.

Secondly I do not know what you mean by being on the right side of this one? What that means to you I do not know and do not care!! I run my firm as an individual who likes to help sincere individuals and or couples get out of debt and avoid bankruptcy.

So I guess the answer to your question is know we do not help "deadbeats" scam companies out of money

The B-word. I'm working with this dumb**** who first sold me and Hani the HREs (then spent the money without actually paying for our wheels)... trying to help him avert bankruptcy and get my money back. Long story that pisses me off just thinking about it.

jcramair1, I may need your assistance at some point... Can you send me some info?
