WOW 180?! I currently have just over 100K and I think the motor was changed at around 30K miles(so im kind of cheating lol) If its runs good dont worry about it. I would drive it until it dies then replace. 3.6 with X51 is nice though and damn fast.

Check out FVD engine section...they will install a 3.8 Carrera S engine with as much as 382 HP....2 year warranty....and you know it will be fast...

I spoke to a guy who had it done at FVD''s florida shop and wasn't happy. Maybe they have figured it out by now but he spent $20K+ and wished he'd never done it. Find someone who has it on teir car first. Put a call out on 6speed - everyone "knows someone" but no one can give first hand feedback (besides the guys selling it).
