997 Turbo Rims on a 996 Carrera 2?

wheel style/look is a matter of taste. i like those OEM 5 spoke turbo wheels better than the old OEM turbo wheels. but, in wheel design and construction aftermarket beats OEM hands down. just visit the HRE site. those things are modern sculpture.

it's your money and your brain which is rolling around in mud called ignorance since oem wheels are limited by cost considerations a great deal more so than the aftermarket (Fikse, BBS, OZ, Work, Champion, CCW, etc). there is ALWAYS a better aftermarket wheel alternative out there over oem esp given that the same oem suppliers for porsche, honda, toyota, bmw also have their aftermarket line-up where the real quality and beauty comes thru.
Your Porsche knowledge is all about bling which has nothing to do with Porsche. You like custom cars. Not Porsche. You just happen to drive one. Dont insult me if your biggest concern is the size of the rear lip on your 911. Please....
I never see many positive comments coming from you here? Are you some sort of expert?

So are these different sized aftermarket wheels or the OEM 997 turbo 8.5 x19 front and 11x19 in the back?? I've just heard so many people say they wouldnt go on a NB..
I like the wheels personally, but it needs to be lowered...
