Talking let the odyssey begin ... actually, it begins tomorrow

2-07-08 - 5:45am fly from South Bend to Orlando Florida with Mrs. Luke, the lovely Allison and Little Luke V2.0 to visit the happiest place on earth (a statement which is questionable at best, in my opinion, since most of the magic kingdom is dry)

2-11-08 - 8:40pm return to South Bend from Orlando

2-12-08 - 6:30am drive from South Bend to Chicago's Midway Airport only to board another plane. This one is bound for Phoenix which is where I will be attending the 3-day Bondurant Racing school.

2-15-08 - skip the prepaid flight home (oh well, that money's gone)

2-16-08 - 6:20am fly to Dallas Texas (landing at 9:30am)

2-16-08 - 10:00am get rental car and drive to Shreveport Louisiana (3 hours 17 minutes per mapquest)

2-16-08 - 1:30pm arrive in Shreveport to pick up my 'new to me' 996.

2-16-08 - 2:30pm depart Shreveport and start 933 mile drive to South Bend (14 hours 24 minutes per mapquest)

2-17-08 - arrive home eventually

over 6300 miles of pure unadulterated fun

Have fun getting her home Luke. Got another 4" of snow yesterday and about an inch and a half today. Supposed to snow again Friday through Sunday and the potholes are so bad my TRUCK is getting beat up; it's a total minefield up here. This town's a mess.

Be careful man.....
