Installing 996tt quarter panels

I try to put up turbo quarter panels to my 996 C2.
Next is bumper to which I have to process my muffler exit to fit.

This is interesting..... Did you have to modify the quarter to fit the deck lid? And where the quarter meets the rocker in front of the rear wheel?

As the panel is cut suitable for C2 rocker, The fender line from the door to the rear wheel is different from C4S or Turbo. The quarter meets rocker in the vicinity on an extension line lower in the door.

That is awesome! I love it when I see people here tackling new projects.

A few questions: What is involved? I am assuming both quarter panels, rear bumpers, rear lights, c4s muffler tip extension, rear trunk lids, and sideskirts aka rocker panels. Am I missing anything?

Keep those photos coming. It's going to look nice when finished.
I have a factory turbo tail I'd sell cheap if you are interested.
Are you going to repaint just the quarters/bumper then?

Everything of what you listed is suitable excluding rocker penels!!
I don't use turbo's rocker panels. The locker panel part is three piece structure, and if exchanged, it is necessary to exchange inside bones(inner panel) from the relation of strength. It wasn't exchanged because there was a possibility of car becoming weak when having failed. For such reasons, the rocker panel was not able to make like turbos though it was regrettable.

A few more questions:

what brand of mufflers are those in the pic?

What is the difference between C2 C4S tail lights? Mine look the same except for the center reflector strip.

I am interested in doing something like this. However, my preference is C4S quarters, not Turbo - I don't want the vent hole. In fitting a C4S rear quarter panel and bumper to a 2002 C2, what problems will I have to solve in fitting the quarter panels assuming I will keep the stock C2 tail lights, and deck lid? (Can I even keep the stock tail lights and deck lid?)

Muffler was made by Iona Sports, Japanes company.

The picture attached is narrow fender before removed. Can you see a blue line which is parallel to the line of the tail light upper part on the quarter panel? This line is position to which C4S taillight is installed.C4S's taillight is bigger than narrow's.
If you want to use tail light of C2, it may be necessary to bury a panel of C4S for the difference of size of the taillight (C4S is bigger).
But decklid line is about the same.
If you can solve above problem, it can't be hard!

I look forward to watching your C2'S'!
