Question Do you guys think it's worthy for me to purchase PSS9 for my C2?

I live in Taipei Taiwan. Here we got real xxxxed up roads. Real messed up. Lots of stop and go traffic. Of course, occasionally I get to escape the city. My Bilstein PSS ( none adjustable ) is currently dying. I bought my 2002 Carrera tiptronic Last October in a rush. I just bought Plenum. I am thinking to get new suspension for my C2. Actually, I am thinking if it's worthy for me to spend another 2k usd on it. General, the car prices are double here in Taiwan or I should say the entire Asia. Since we all know 997 are the king but it's getting a facelift in the summer. I have all show on my car but the only go are K&N drop in filter, agency power exhaust. ( incoming plenum ) I am rolling on 19" and yes it's kinda painful but I gotta admit it looks hot. 997 is way way too much money. Just double the amount compare with states. Also one of my biggest concern is I should have gotten a stick!!!!! Since my C2 daily driver I feel kinda bad. I don't feel so great driving the 996 has a daily driver. Taxi and cabs are everywhere here and it's dirt cheap. I baby my 996 a lot. Everyone here suggest to get a 996 tt. But realistically, due to the environment there's no track and no open space to run the car to the limit. I think all the 996 turbos owners here got it because of the shallowness. Because you really can't drive that fast here.

As we all know, cars depreciate, if I want to sell my 996. I will have a hard time selling it and loose a lot of money. 15k at least. There aren't many 02+ 996 available here. It all comes down if my car is worthy. For me to spend more on this C2.

Your car looks very nice! I have a good friend that lives where you do (James Du w/Status). I would def. do the upgrade to the PSS9 or something similar. Another option is the Cross suspension. I have a few friends with that setup and they are very happy with it!

Now find someone to buy my car that you are friends with. Does Taipei allow 1999 cars?

It must feel great to have one of the few pcars in Taipei. I put pss9's on mine and absolutely love it.

Things have changed so much over the years in Taipei. I remember just enjoying the street food (beef noodle soup in a bag). The last time I was back, I was enjoying that same street food as a cayenne was parallel parking right next the vendor hahaha.

I'll be going back to visit family at the end of the month and am really excited as it's been about 4 years since my last trip out there.

If i see a a black 02 c2 tearing up the streets I'll definitely know it was you ahahah

Looks like you've put a lot of nice expensive mods on your car (except for the Porsche decals on the side....that's a Fcar thing not a Pcar thing) I'd keep it and upgrade to the PSS9's. The height adjustment is a big plus if you have bad roads to deal with. Yes your car is worthy..(party on Wayne...party on Garth).
