Help regarding the third brake lights

Couple weeks ago, I took my car to dealer to have them disable my rear wing warning light. Notice today that 2 of my third brake lights went off (one with wing and the other one with rear body panel). I took it back to dealer and they blamed on my wiring. I checked the wiring and it is the only wiring that goes to brake light it somehow split from the main wiring harness.
My question is if they disable my turning the rear wing function off, will it effect my third brake light that stick with the wing also?

sorry for the confusion. poor english

basicaly dealer disable my auto tilt wing because I have fixed wing on the car. Somehow my brake light is not working after they disable the wing. The dealer blamed on the wiring on the wing, but all I used was just factory wiring.
