Clunk when shifting into 2nd

I recently pruchased a 2001 C2 Cab and noticed that when I shift into 2nd from 1st it makes a clunking noise. All seems fine mechanically, and it does not make the noise on other shifts. Any thoughts on what this might be?

make sure you lift the clutch after you shift, and not in the middle

Definitely have it checked out at the dealer before the warranty expires.
