There is a sound clip and pics of this on a 996.

Louder than stock? I would say quite a bit, but not too loud. Light on the throttle still sounds stock when just maintaining speed. I have an intake, when the exhaust was stock I heard mostly induction. Now with the exhaust modded it is mostly exhaust which is a glorious sound combined. Pretty aggressive sounding and gets looks from fellow porsche drivers around my area so it is noticeably louder to even the trained ear.

"Sounds" like a great mod. If only it would reduce the weight of the stock mufflers too! =)
