Finally signing in...

Hey Everyone,

I've been following this board since its inception a year ago. I first learned about it while following CFG's funcarsonline site and rennlist. This site now trumps'em all. Congrats.

Anyhow, I have a 2003 C4S Black/Black with all the goodies. I've actually been inspired by many of the mods here -- 19" RG5s (delivered with the car from Champion), clear sidemarkers, hard-wired V1, Xm radio, etc. It's been a pleasure owning the car and following this board.

Yes, I realize that pics are a prereq. I've been on these boards for at least two years now and promise to get pics as soon as I get my car back from the body shop. It seems some punks liked my headlights more than I did. Nevertheless, they now own them, and I'm left with ...scarred...car. I hope to be back up and runing by sometime early next week.

Thanks for all the help through the years. I look forward to following the boards for the years to come.

Rich

Hey welcome aboard. Sorry to hear about your headlights, they seem pretty popular with crooks down here too. Shelton Porsche in Naples does offer an alarm kit for the headlights should you be interested.

I remember you mentioned that last week. I may be interested in getting one. The cost for the repairs is roughly 4k.

Oddly enough, the first thing I thought about when I saw my headlights were gone was Orli's story about his headlights @ Ruths Chris. I was only 10 blocks down on Coral Way when it happened. It's such a pain in my ...

Welcome aboard! I cannot believe how hot (pun intended) these headlights are! Amazing.

Your C4S sounds awesome. Please post some pics. My C2 is stock (some nice factory mods...) but will be modding as my budget (read:wife) allows.

My car was parked in a parking garage on 3000 Coral Way -- part of an apt building complex. I just left the car there for 4 hours (with supposed security) while we took my friend's larger car to the beach. Whoops. I learned my lesson.
