I use mine as a daily driver regardless of the weather. I decided that it was to be enjoyed. When it's worn out, I'll buy a new one! Put 5K on it in the last three months!

ENJOY!

Nice ride. I assume SLC stands for Salt Lake City?

If you want to sell it, PM me. I'd be interested in taking a look at it.

check out some clear side markers. They would look great on your 4S. Great posting, you must have been reading my mind about driving the 4S. Sometimes ya just gotta get in it and go around the block, and then again, and again..... It just gets better, doesn't it? Cheers,

sounds like you'd have a great commute from SLC to Boston. and the comment was right on about letting the car sit. cost me a new alternator and battery and a tow to the garage when it couldn't even be jump started. daily driving now...

correct... I'll keep you in mind... are there ever 6speed meets in slc? If not I think its time we put one together... I'm starting to see more and more posts from Utah... We could turn out some decent cars I'd imagine...

We have a HUGE BMW following in Salt Lake, and several of those members have Porsches.

Next time you're in town, let me know. There are several people on the 6 from Utah that I know personally.

Nice ban and thanks for "taking out the trash"- what a friggin idiot that guy is.

SLC4S, I say keep her- but also keep in mind you may end up with additional maintenance issues by not driving regularly. I guess you'll have to quit screwing around and move out west

I too have a garaged C4S that hasn't been driven since last summer. Living in Boston and taking the train to work everyday doesn't really help with getting the chance to drive it. I tried to take it out a few months ago and found out the battery is dead. Battery will not hold a full charge but it will start when it got jumped. Took it out for a spin to see if the battery will charge up but that didn't help. I'm waiting for my battery this week and I will get to install it this weekend. I hope thats all I have to replace.
