Heyo guys,

I'm getting my front bumper painted in the next couple of days, but wanted to see if there was a mesh grill kit that was available. I wanted to spray that the color of the car while in the shop.

Any ideas?

Hahaha... What you think is ugly might not be to others. Mesh grill should look good but I don't know about painting it the same color? I'd like to see it done.

sorry man but my opinion is law.

seriously, why highlight something that's there more for functional reasons than aesthetic? there's a reason why most if not all grills are matte black plastic.... make it as stealth as possible.

i laugh when i see people who order their 997s with the grills painted body color. horrible.

 

When grills are painted body colors reminds me of 1 day paint job where they are too lazy to mask off the car and just spray over everything.

...looks cheap imo.

If you are going to put a mesh, do thick plastic mesh that are black to keep it stealth.

 

Haven't seen a good looking mesh grill yet.

 

you should paint it black, it'll look nicer , but again that my opinion.

 

I agree on leaving it black. But to each his own...
