Swift- Seems the fuel pump also incororates the sending unit and filter, and has to be calibrated after installation to the fuel gauge. Porsche book time is 1.4 hours, and MSRP of the pump is $308. Add in changing a relay. Round off all labor to the next hour and throw in another hour for diagnostics when car was brought in.
It should still come out to less but these shops all charge what they want, and usually parts are priced well over MSRP.


No ball park pricing yet given, but I have been told they will be priced affordably-
